The Show
Run of the Town is a weekly, one-hour television series that examines what it takes to run a major city on a daily basis. Starting at a location of interest, our host introduces intriguing statistics about the city and the unique services it provides its inhabitants. With a specific theme as a launching point, the host takes the viewer on a whimsical journey that examines the history, ingenuity, workforce and technology responsible for fulfilling the city’s distinct needs. Exciting graphics, interesting locations, and an engaging, wry host are just a few of the qualities to Run of the Town that will keep viewers intrigued and eager to learn more.

Have you ever wondered how much electricity it takes to power Times Square? The number of people who ride the Metro in Paris, or how many pounds of fish the people of Tokyo eat daily? Well, in Run of the Town we won’t just tell you, we’ll show you, and we’ll introduce you to the people, places and things that make those numbers a reality.

Run of the Town was created by David Acampora (Producer) and Jon Bozak (Host). The Idea behind the show is all about major cities and how they are run on a daily basis. The pair have been working on a sizzle reel which will be available very soon.
